Where will the CRM be used?

The University will initially be introducing the system through a pilot project that involves a phased rollout to the following departments/units:, External Affairs (Corporate Relations), Warwick Business School, Warwick Conferences, Student Careers and Skills, and the remainder of External Affairs (where a full system migration from Raiser's Edge will be undertaken).

As part of the CRM project, a CRM 'core solution' has been developed, including all of the functionality that is typically deployed in standard CRM implementations. The project team is in discussions with a number of departments which are envisaged not to require any bespoke CRM functionality and for whom the CRM core solution would be a good fit, in order to determine how CRM might be rolled out to these areas alongside the pilot project.
