Training Application Support
Application support is available for all free taught courses to the level taught in our classes. All requests for support should be directed to the Service Desk in the first instance. If the Serive Desk is unable to assist you, your call will be logged and transfered to the Training Service and you will be contact within three working days.
If we are unable to resolve your problem remotely, we will book a one to one training sessions within two weeks of your initial request for assistance. Please note this service is not available on a walk-in basis.
Advice on Selecting the Best Tool
If you are unsure of what tool you should you, request an assistance through the Service Desk and we will contact you to discuss your requirements and recommend which applications may work for you specific needs.
Do you have a process that is currently taking lots of time? Would you like advice on how to create a spreadsheet or other software solution? The Training and Applications Support team can help you set up spreadsheets, SharePoint Site and Databases. Contact the Service Desk to request an appointment to discuss you requirements with an IT Tutor.
