You can schedule a file to be available or unavailable from a particular date and time. When a file is unavailable, the file is only visible on the Files tab to those with edit or admin permissions. Unavailable files do not appear in page templates – for example, a contents list, site map or tags filter – even for editors.
- Browse to the page where the file is located.
- Go to Edit > More, then select the Files tab.
Select the appropriate file, then select Properties:
- To schedule when the file is available, select Make a file available after a certain date, then specify the date and time.
- To schedule when the file is unavailable from, select Make file unavailable on a certain date, then specify the date and time.
Select Save. The scheduled availability appears alongside the file on the Files tab:
