Role:

 Role: Sara is the course leader on the APP PGR (Academic and Professional Practice for Postgraduate Researchers), the course for PhD students who teach or support learning. Sara is an experienced teacher educator, with a
background in post-16 teaching and teacher training. She has worked with a
range of adult returning learners and teacher trainees, being part of the
Centre for Lifelong Learning for over 10 years. She has a strong interest in
technology-enhanced learning, having designed and delivered a range of blended programmes for teacher training.

Role: Kevin leads on supporting the ‘Administration’, working with individuals, groups and teams to develop and enhance their effectiveness and capability. Kevin facilitates on the Warwick Leadership Programme and is the programme Manager for the Warwick Administrative Management Programme.
Role:

Jess leads on the Academic and Professional Pathway - Technology Enhanced Learning (APP TEL) including leading on the postgraduate award in Technology Enhanced Learning. This is a course for staff and is focused on the development and evaluation of TEL projects. In addition Jess leads the the Technology Enhanced Learning Forum, a University wide network where colleagues meet termly to share practice and develop ideas collaboratively.

Role: Sandra is responsible for working with individuals and groups to develop and enhance their Personal Effectiveness, Management and Leadership Development Skills and leads on support to the Faculties of Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences.



Role: Jennie is course leader on the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PCAPP). Jennie is particularly interested in assessment and feedback, the use of social media in teaching and learning, and in students as co-creators of knowledge. She is currently researching the role of wonderment in HE teaching and learning, and how arts-inspired methodologies and creative play can be used to enhance academic practice and academic development.

Role: Lisa currently leads on the development of a blended-learning framework to enable staff to engage more flexibly in the training offered by LDC. In addition Lisa manages the Warwick Coaching & Mentoring Scheme and Career Mentoring Network, aimed at supporting staff in their career development.
 

Role: William is responsible for the delivery of the University-mandated introductory training for postgraduates who teach as well as teaching on other TLU courses and sessions. He also coordinates various elements of Warwick’s recognition of teaching excellence, including administering the Warwick Awards for Teaching Excellence (WATE and WATE PGR), the teaching and learning showcases, and the Teaching Excellence website. William also facilitates the Widening Participation Forum.

Role: Sandy supports research active staff to enhance their capabilities, effectiveness and employability. She is responsible for the research active staff provision; commissioning, designing and delivering workshops or interventions. Sandy provides high quality information to research active staff and supports in building a research active community by offering bespoke learning and development support to research active staff, their departments and facultie. Sandy also provides management and development of individual or collaborative programmes e.g. Academic Writing Programme and Stats seminar series.
