This form will be used in three different ways:
To manage attendance at an event. Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name.
To enable facilitators to tailor session to your needs. This information is passed on to facilitators by their administrators and is used for the purpose of allowing them to see if the session can be tailored to address specific issues. It will be stored until after the end of the term in which the event was held
To monitor and improve learning and development across the University. Your attendance or non attendance will be recorded and this information will be sent to your Department.
