This half day workshop provides delegates with an oppourtunity to network with colleagues from across CCSG while learning more about Deliverying Customer Excellence.

Who is it for?

The course is targeted at those new to working within Campus and Commercial Services Group and Estates (CCSG & E)

Objectives:

By the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an enhanced understanding of themselves.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our customers wants, needs and emotions.
  • Identify actions needed to deliver customer excellence.

Duration and method

A highly participative ½ day workshop including group discussion, exercises.
