This course is designed to remove some of the many misconceptions that people have surrounding disability, and give delegates communication tools, leading techniques (the best and most common ways to lead a blind person) and the confidence to deal with disabled people in the right way.

What will be covered?
By the end of the session you will have an understanding of:

  • The practical do's and don'ts
  • Communication tips
  • Overcoming the fear of doing or saying the wrong thing

What will I get out of this?
Find out how the law affects you. Look at how every person can ensure that they treat disabled people equally and the problems faced with such a task.

Is there anything else I need to know?
It is just 3 hours long. It is fast paced, and extremely enjoyable. Many delegates say it's the best training course they have ever attended!
