Video Learning Resources

Warwick has purchased on a subscription basis from Scott Bradbury a collection of video learning resources. These offer flexible, stand-alone training and support activities, to help you address specific issues at work when dealing with colleagues, line management conversations or customer service issues.

If you are interested in developing your coaching or mentoring skills after completing the training, alongside line management responsibilities, please consider joining Warwick's Coaching & Mentoring Scheme to offer support to colleagues across the university.

Warwick Perspectives is a 360 degree feedback process to help someone with managerial responsibilities compare how they see their leadership capabilities with how others see them.

The Change Management Framework is a useful resource to use and understand if you are involved in or managing change. It refers to 7 toolkits to use at different stages of the change process.

If you like to learn by reading, a number of LDCs self-directed learning guides below have been developed to support your understanding of managing people and your working relationships.
