Active Campus - Everyone Active Everyday

An opportunity for staff to learn about the Sports Centre (what it offers) and how to live an active lifestyle.

Who is it for?

This session is for those interested in finding out more about the Active Campus vision, opportunities to get involved in sport and physical activity and how to take the initial steps towards leading an active lifestyle.

Session Objectives:
  • The Active Campus Vision
  • Five ways to wellbeing - the role of activity in promoting health and wellbeing
  • Why is activity important to our Health and Wellbeing?
  • Taking the initial steps - how to increase daily activity and reduce sedentary time.
