Annual Review timetable

The following timetable describes the key activities and deadlines for the annual review process.

Remind all Reviewers in their department to

plan and carry out annual review meetings between January and April
summarise the outcomes of “their” reviews when all are complete
HODs Mid February
Annual review discussions take place Reviewers and Reviewees End of April
Ensure summaries of key issues and development needs from “their” reviews are written and have been sent to HODs/Reviewing Managers Reviewers End of first week in May
Agree key themes arising from annual review meetings in department HODs, Reviewing Managers and Reviewers End of May
LDC offer support to departments in preparing training and development plans LDC May to June
Prepare departmental training & development plans and send to LDC HODs/Department
