JSPS London Pre/Postdoctoral Fellowship (Short Term) 2nd/Final Call for FY2015

We have now opened a call for the 2nd/ final call for FY2015 for our Short Term Pre/Postdoctoral Fellowships.

JSPS London Pre/Postdoctoral Fellowship for Foreign Researchers (Short Term) Application Deadline: Monday, 1 June 2015 Fellowships must start between 1 November 2015 to 31 March 2016.

Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) is the leading research funding agency in Japan, established by the Japanese Government for the purpose of contributing to the advancement of science. Our Pre/Postdoctoral Fellowship for Foreign Researchers (Short Term) provides the opportunity for researchers based outside of Japan to conduct collaborative research activities with leading research groups at Japanese Universities and Research Institutions for visits of between 1 to 12 months. Eligible applicants need to be either within 2 years of finishing their PhD at the time of applying to start their fellowship in Japan or have obtained their PhD after 2 April 2009. Eligible research fields are not limited.

Vitae Courses

Every year Vitae runs a national programme of courses and events which are funded by Research Councils. However, the new contract from January 2013 does not include central funding of places on GRADschools or other courses. For more information about the courses on offer please follow the link above.
