A one-day workshop attended by over 30 people and supported by 2 internationally recognised speakers – Professors Ray Pawson and Richard Byng, with interactive sessions on theory, methodology, and good review practice.

"On 5 June Warwick Medical School welcomed participants for a workshop on Realist Synthesis, organised by Health Sciences
Research Institute Research Associate Steven Martin. Realist synthesis is an inter-disciplinary method for the evaluation and development of interventions and policy programs. WMS welcomed the nationally recognised speakers for interactive sessions on theory, methodology, and good review practice. The day-long event was attended by over 30 people, and demand
for places was strong with participant requests coming from Universities in Canada and Sweden. A follow-up event will aim to bring together early-career participants to discuss the potential for collaborative research."
