Resource Description:

(A Collaboration between The Library, Student Careers and Skills and The Learning and Development Centre - RAS)

This session will introduce Research Active Staff and Postgraduate Researchers to Research Data Management (RDM), how to know if you're already doing it and how to improve your current practices.

Research Data Management (RDM) is vitally important for the success of a research project and is becoming increasingly important with major funding bodies, such as RCUK, the Wellcome Trust and Horizon 2020. This Session will start you on the process to be able to articulate your existing practices, go about planning good RDM strategies for your projects and highlight where help is available is needed.
