One of the key aims of the University is to develop mechanisms which better reflect group and individual performance and which actively contribute to the development of staff. At the heart of this aim is the University's commitment to ensuring that all staff participate in a review of their performance and development needs.
Annual Review is your chance to talk openly to your reviewer about your role, your work and your aspirations. The emphasis is on a positive and constructive dialogue between reviewees and their reviewers. Briefing and training will be offered to ensure that all staff are equipped and confident to participate in this process.
The appraisal documents have now been removed from the website and any copies you have saved should not be used. However if you are part of the clinical appraisal scheme you can find the guidelines and forms on the Warwick Medical School website.
