During 2004/05, the University plans to offer departments at Warwick the opportunity to nominate up to two academic staff to participate in a two day e-learning orientation event. Ideal candidates would be staff who have, or are about to take on, an e-learning role either through course/module leadership or as a departmental 'champion'.
The programme will offer a structured and reflective route through the e-learning development process alongside some practical hands-on experience. Participants will be able to draw on central resources and expertise made available throughout the week.
The programme is being led by the Centre for Academic Practice in collaboration with the University e-learning faculty advisers based in E-lab and the Library subject team. There will be no charge to departments.
The dates are:
Mon 11th -Tue 12th April (pre-summer term week)
