Long hours spent sitting and bad posture can cause aches and have negative impact on your productivity. Deskercise is a great way to keep active without leaving the workspace. We've teamed up with Warwick Sport to show you exercises you can do anywhere, anytime to improve your wellbeing. All sessions are free and no booking is necessary. :)
