How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

PGR Tea(chers)
Teaching Café

Are you a postgraduate who teaches? Want to talk to others about your experiences? Or, haven’t had the chance to teach but are interested in what it’s like to teach?

The Teaching Café will be hosting its next PGR Tea(chers) on 3 March, at the earlier time of 11:00-11:45am.

The informal event will open with lightning talks from guest speakers on the topic, ‘Managing the movement of teaching from face-to-face to online', followed by a longer discussion that could lead pedagogically anywhere.

Here's what a couple of attendees said about the previous PGR Tea(chers):
- "Its fast pace allowed for quick and reactive exchanges, its horizontality meant that everybody was welcome to intervene freely"
- "Really great to hear from people with much more experience than I share their advice…"

Head to the Postgraduate Teachers Channel for more information and to attend - don't forget to bring a hot drink and a snack!
