Mindfulness practice is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing recommended by the NHS. Doing regular mindfulness exercises can help manage daily stress and has impact areas of the brain related to memory retrieval, decision making, and outward attention.

Our free weekly workshops are a great way to try different mindfulness techniques if you are a beginner, and find dedicated space and time for regular practice.

Study Happy "Switch Off & Work"

Phones are great at keeping us connected with the world, but can also be an unwanted distraction when you're trying to finish an essay or a reading. If you struggle to put your phone away and focus, this event is perfect for you.

We'll provide space and refreshments, and all you need to do is bring your study materials.
To register your space for one or more slots visit warwick.ac.uk/study-happy-events.

Switch the phones off and get some work done!

Study Happy Christmas Celebration

Get into the Christmas spirit early! Take a break and join us for crafts and snacks - drop in whenever suits you.

We'll be making Christmas cards you can give/send to friends and family, and festive decorations, and there will be a chance to unwind with holiday colouring, light reading, music and refreshments.

Rolf's Cat Café

Join us for a study break with coffee, cake, and a very special guest!

Rolf the Campus Cat will pop to Library 3 times this term. It's a chance to meet him in person, but also take break from your busy university schedule.

All students are welcome to drop in on the day, but if the room gets very busy, we might need to ask you to wait for a bit if the space. Remember, Rolf is only a small cat, and we want him to feel safe and comfortable.

If you'd like to help Rolf's family look after him, please follow him on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

Postgrad Christmas Party
Curiositea, Warwick SU

Come and celebrate Christmas with the Postgrad Community Engagement Team and Warwick SU at our annual Postgrad Christmas Party!

Get creative and craft some decorations, put your knowledge to the test with some festive brain-teasers, and as usual we'll have the legendary Reindeer Rodeo! We'll also have some giant games, and all the best Christmas music!

Tickets are £2 each in advance (£3 on the door) and include a complimentary mince pie or muffin and glass of mulled wine (or alcohol-free alternative)!

The event is open to all Warwick students.

Study Happy PAT Dogs Visit

The lovely Pets As Therapy (PAT) dogs are here to help you cuddle away your stress!

Each slot will last for 12 minutes. Please book for a single time slot only as we want to make sure as many of you get a chance for a cuddle as possible.

The tickets will be released two weeks before the event.
Any extra spaces will be allocated at the door on a first come, first served basis.
