PDFs on Oxford University Press sites
Oxford University Press have informed us that there have been issues with downloading PDFs on a few of their sites recently.
If you try to download a PDF of a chapter or article and it fails, please can you try the following workaround:
- Anywhere on the page, right click then select "Print..."
- Change from "Print" to "Save as PDF", then save the PDF to your computer.
- Print the PDF from your computer if required
Oxford University Press (WebBridge articles and Article links)
OUP have recently upgraded their service. As far as we are aware access is working when accessing eJournals directly. However, there is currently and intermittent issue with trying to link to journal articles through WebBridge and URL links to articles.
OUP have been contacted and are working on resolving the issue for us. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Cloudflare issues
We are aware that Cloudflare error messages are still occasionally occuring on some publisher sites when logging in via our proxy server.
One solution is to try logging in via Institution if this is an option.
If clearing browsing history and trying alternative browsers does not work for you please forward a screenshot to Library Enquiries and we will contact the publisher on your behalf
