Racial Resistance and Remaking
It will be delivered through a series of panels, lectures and seminars lead by guest speakers, academics and members of the University of Warwick community. The seminars will utilise the resources of the Modern Records Centre, a unique archive housing primary sources on modern British social, political and economic history and will allow for attendees to engage with original source material.
The Open Education Series is a collaboration between Warwick Students’ Union and the University of Warwick Modern Records Centre (MRC). It has been put together by SU Education Officer Maahwish Mirza and MRC Education and Outreach Officer Nuala Clarke.
All events are free and open to the public.
Warwick SU is a not-for-profit charity that exists to promote the interests of the students of the University of Warwick and is committed to creating a better experience for all.
We have recorded the lectures and panels for those who were unable to attend the events. We have also provided a list of useful sources for each theme.
If you have attended an event in this series, we would really value your feedback. Please take the time to complete our 2 minute survey
