As Community Engagement Manager (Postgraduate) I take care of student wellbeing, community building, and skills development. We are part of the Academic Services division and work closely with the Community Engagement Team (Undergraduate) on activities and events designed to help student have the best possible experience during their years at Warwick. With a team also formed by Aysa Ozcan and Dave Richardson we manage the PG Mentorship scheme and the Student and PhD Blog and are responsible for the development of community services in the Research Exchange and the PG Hub. We also work in the development of virtual tools to reach not only students on campus but also those who wish or need a different approach, such as part-time students and PhDs doing fieldwork.

We’re placed strategically in The Library and work in collaboration with other service providers –such as the Graduate School, the International Office, Wellbeing Support Services, the Student Union and the Sports Centre– to enhance the whole postgraduate life-cycle.
