Foundations for Wellbeing

Foundations for wellbeing - sleep well, relax, connect, eat well, exercise

Join us for our drop-in sessions in postgrad study spaces to take a short break and learn some of the best ways to maintain your wellbeing!

Each fortnight, we will be in the Postgrad Hub or Wolfson Research Exchange along with a member of Wellbeing Support Services and one of our Postgrad Mentors for you to grab tea, coffee and snacks and check in on your wellbeing.

Each session, we will focus on a different theme centred around the foundations of keeping in good health - from getting enough good quality rest and relaxation to staying active and eating the best kind of foods to help you study.

Wellbeing Support Services

Wellbeing Support Services provide a range of services that can help you to develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life.
