Maintaining wellbeing as a postgraduate student

At the Wellbeing Hour sessions held in the Wolfson Research Exchange and the Postgrad Hub, we spoke to current postgraduate students about the ways they look after themselves while studying.

The responses covered a wide range of suggestions, including staying physically active, taking the time to socialise, eating and drinking healthily and getting enough rest.
