Who is it for?
Permanent members of staff (or staff on fixed-term contracts), whose next role is likely to be in a line management/supervisory role or for those who have started to undertake some line management tasks on a limited, temporary basis.
By the end of the the workshop you will:
- Have a good understanding of the role of the manager, including the essential skills involved in managing yourself and others.
- Be confident in deciding whether a manager’s role is a good fit for you at this stage of your career.
- Have a personal action plan to work towards.
