Is it right for me?
You will benefit from the Warwick Leadership Development Programme if:
- If you are a line manager and you are reluctant to have some conversations due to the un-certainty of knowing where to start or concerned by the reaction of the person you are talking with you will find this course beneficial.
- It builds on the knowledge, skills and behaviours explored within our Warwick Management Development Programme.
Less useful if...
- You do not have line management or supervisory responsibility for an individual or team.
