Process the transaction as per Ais' instructions for the til - remember to add £1 to the total ticket cost for the booking and check with the customer that this is OK.
Thank the customer for their transaction and end the conversation.
Put the physical tickets into an envelope and put in the post if this is what the customer wishes or into the file if they wish to pick them up on the door.
