Who is it for?

Anyone who has responsibility for managing the absence of others within CCSG and Estates only. Managing attendance and absence is a key skill for all people managers.

Session Objectives:

By the end of this webinar you will be able to:

  • Explore and test your understanding of the University Sickness Management Policy and Procedures
  • Know how to access further support that is available to you as a manager.
  • Understand the impact and importance of return to work interviews.
  • Confidently complete effective ‘return to work’ RTW conversations.

Content:

This webinar is highly interactive and delegates will work in small groups in addition to facilitator led discussion. We recommend that you have a pad and pen for the session.
