This training is aimed for all front line staff, team leaders and managers who engage directly with customers. To develop the delegates knowledge and skills to enable them to provide a high quality customer service in the workplace, consistently.

Objectives:

By the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:

  • Explain the importance of excellent customer service within an organisation.
  • Know the key customer service for forward-facing staff.
  • Recognise the role of managers in the organisation to aid the delivery of excellent customer service by forward-facing staff.
  • Develop strategies for dealing with difficult customers.
  • Identify areas for personal development to improve the service you provide.
