Cancellations/No-shows: There is a substantial demand for places on all OD courses. By cancelling your place at the last minute you are prohibiting another colleague from attending. In addition, non-attendance costs a minimum of £70.00 per empty space. Whilst we understand people may occasionally need to cancel attendance for personal reasons (e.g sickness/hospital/childcare/family bereavement), please ensure you provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, where possible.* (required)

Late Arrival: Please ensure you arrive on time and if you are unexpectedly late please do not disturb the tutor or other members of the class when entering the room. You will need to follow the training from the point at which you have joined. If you know in advance you will be late please notify us. (required)
