Course overview
Who is it for?
Anyone who has not attended a Continuous Improvement programme who is keen to understand how they can contribute to improvement in their service or department.Session Objectives:
By the end of both workshops participants will understand some core principles, tools and techniques they could apply to improve their service delivery and have the basis of a project they could start in their department or service.Content:
One and half days of workshops, delivered on consecutive days, providing:
- An overview of some key tools and techniques of Continuous Improvement, using a case study for context.
- The opportunity to apply these techniques to a current business problem you are experiencing
It is essential that you attend on both days.

Is there anything else I need to know?
In preparation participants will have to complete some pre-reading, which consists of some principles and the case study the session will be based on. Participants will also have to attempt three pre-reading questions. This information will be sent out with the reminder email, nearer the time.

This programme is current held both in person and on Microsoft Teams. Day 1 will be held in person and Day 2 on Microsoft Teams.
