Leading and Managing Change

Geometric pattern

Warwick Change Management Framework

The Warwick Change Management has been designed as a flexible roadmap and defines the steps needed to manage change effectively from the initial business case to successful delivery. The framework can be used as a step by step guide, taking you through the whole change process from start to finish, and establishes the key activities and stakeholders you need to manage successful change. Yet, it is also flexible enough to accommodate your needs, even if you have already commenced, or are part way through, a change programme.

To support the Warwick Change Management framework, a number of useful templates and checklists have been developed to help you implement change and/or help you to assess what is working/ not working in your change programme.

Click on the steps below to see what is involved and/or download the toolkits to help you achieve each step.

Steps 1-3 focus on preparing for change, steps 4 and 5 focus on defining the change whilst steps 6-8 are around implementing and sustaining change.
