Our Leadership and Management Development offerings have been researched and designed to ensure that they are relevant, accessible and inclusive. Its aim is that our managers and leaders, from first-line supervisors to senior organisational leaders, build the skills required to deliver Warwick’s strategy.

Resilience in the Workplace

This session aims to give people supervisors and managers an opportunity to explore what resilience in the workplace means for them and practical strategies to manage their own resilience.

Dealing Effectively with Conflict

To explore a range of approaches and techniques for dealing effectively with conflict situations in the workplace, to engender and sustain a positive culture aligned with Warwick’s values.

This event aims to enable you to better manage the professional relationship with your manager.

Motivation

The event aims to give managers an understanding of motivating factors, and how to draw upon those within their scope of influence to increase motivation according to team members’ preferences.

Giving and Receiving Feedback

This session aims to give leaders and managers confidence to deliver clear and constructive feedback, which can be positive or developmental.
