Organisation of a one-day Colloquium focused on the topic ‘The Useable Past in Seventeenth-Century England’.

The Colloquium, aimed at around 30 participants, will feature 7 speakers from 7 HE institutions in the UK, and will showcase cutting-edge work in the field of early modern perceptions and uses of the past.  It is hoped to subsequently bring the presentations together to submit either to a scholarly journal, or to an academic press for publication.
