Complaints

Any individual member of staff, student or member of the public wishing to raise a complaint in relation to the use of human samples in research should direct it to the Designated Individual (DI) in the first instance.

If the complaint is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant, it may be referred to the Director of Delivery Assurance, on behalf of the Registrar, in accordance with the University’s Complaints and Feedback Procedure.
