Q2 is an online system allowing you to review and update details of your department’s space data. Space Management use the system to create a Space Return. This return is sent once a year to designated departmental Space Representatives. Space Representatives can review their department’s space data and make recommended changes. Space Management will then approve or query the recommended amendments. The Estates QuEMIS database is updated with any changes. Departments can also request space returns at any time if there have been a lot of space changes.
