Student Personalised Information (SPI)

SPI Projects

The SPI Programme is taking a phased approach to project delivery. This means that there are a variety of projects at different stages; some already underway, some in analysis, and some just being identified. There are also a number of existing projects which have been encompassed into the SPI Programme, including; Module Selection from the Timetable Improvement Programme, Universal Admissions, new Module Approval processes, and Examination Board Grid pilot project. Update: New course and module catalogue to launch in Term 2

In Term 2, Warwick staff and students will be able to use a new online catalogue to find all the information they need about specific courses and modules.

Unifying Warwick’s ‘Mitigating Circumstances’ process - September 2019

From 30 September, Warwick staff and students will be able to use a new Mitigating Circumstances portal in Tabula to submit and administer Mitigating Circumstances claims.

This will empower and equip students to make effective choices over their journey at Warwick and to support their own development and progression.

Governance

The SPI Steering Group provides effective scrutiny of the programme and takes a strategic overview, ensuring that projects adhere to the objectives and vision of SPI. The Student Systems Group (SSG), reviews student system developments to ensure continued progression towards integration that provides students with an enhanced university experience. The My Warwick App Steering Group (MWAS) oversees student related development priorities for the App.
