Registrations:
We are trialling a simplified version of registering for the Skills Festival. After signing up on MyAdvantage, we invite you to turn up at the venue on the day (we'll email you a couple of days beforehand to remind you) and you will have a place in the Festival. You will then be able to choose your breakout sessions, which will be allocated on a 'first-come first-served' basis. In the unlikely event that the rooms gets full to capacity, we will no longer be able to admit people so we will transfer your registration to the next Festival. Our experience tells us this is very unlikely to happen - we often have lots of unfilled places in the workshops due to lots of people registering and then not turning up on the day. This revised system ensures that those who register and turn up are very likely to get a place. You may like to turn up before the start time to ensure you have a place as you will be admitted on a 'first come, first served' basis.

If you would not like to attend the whole day, please do not register on MyAdvantage (as we use these numbers to estimate catering). You can attend one of our 2-hour workshops. You can also turn up on the day for the session you are interested in, if there are spaces available after full-day registrations are completed you will be able to attend.
