This is a highly interactive workshop is aimed at helping you understand more about what it would take to set up your own business to market and sell ‘consultancy’ style services to a range of potential clients in diverse markets.

This workshop will cover:

  • Background research - what insights are required to help a consultant create a clear business offer
  • Developing a product or service offer - understand offer to potential clients, our ‘value proposition’
  • Pricing - how much can we charge for our work and how do we determine this
  • Promotion - how do we build presence and sell our services effectively

By the end of the workshop you will have:

  • Review the background research is required in order to start positioning your services as a consultant
  • Create your own compelling and distinctive ‘value proposition’
  • Determine your pricing strategy
  • Consider selling and marketing tools to promote your services to potential clients
