Konstantina Dee is the Alumni Careers Manager at WBS, University of Warwick. Konstantina presented the Inspiring Women at Warwick workshop Advancing Your Career: Interviewing on 12 March 2025.

Our first training workshop session for 24/25 academic year facilitated by Sarah Jackson who leads the MBA & Alumni careers team at Warwick Business School (WBS).

A panel of four staff members described their career paths at Warwick. There were great questions from the audience, and useful tips provided by the panel such as investigating secondments, networking, and holding on to your values. Please read their bios.

Professor Emma Flynn, Warwick’s new Provost, shared how her biggest failures have helped to define her, enabling her to get where she is today. Emma described both her personal and professional journey and welcomed questions from the audience.

Kiran is Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Partnerships and Engagement at the University of York and Director of the Centre for Women’s Enterprise, Leadership, Economy & Diversity. She is a key contributor to debates on leadership, enterprise development and diversity in small firms and business. Kiran has led a number of leaderships, enterprise and business support initiatives and has extensively published a number of journal articles, policy reports, books and book chapters in the field.

Warwick alumna Carla Miller is a leadership coach, trainer and keynote speaker who works with women to develop their careers and their confidence. She also supports employers to develop and retain their female talent, build their pipeline of female leaders and encourage male ally-ship.
