SPI Projects

The SPI Programme is taking a phased approach to project delivery. This means that there are a variety of projects at different stages; some already underway, some in analysis, and some just being identified. There are also a number of existing projects which have been encompassed into the SPI Programme, including; Module Selection from the Timetable Improvement Programme, Universal Admissions, new Module Approval processes, and Examination Board Grid pilot project. Accessing Opportunities and Services Programme

The Accessing Opportunities and Services (AOS) Programme has been launched to look at how the University's student-facing opportunities are presented, accessed and utilised.

The Programme will be broken into three areas:

  1. Access
  2. Enquiry Management
  3. Service/Opportunity Effectiveness and Interactions

The AOS Programme is being managed by the Strategic Programme Delivery team in the Strategy Group and is sponsored by the Academic Registrar. For more information, contact aos@warwick.ac.uk.

SPI Admin Forum - March 2019

Registration for the March SPI Admin Forum is now live!

Join us in the Teaching Grid, Library, on 20th March, 10-12noon, for presentations, activities, and Easter-themed refreshments.

 

Vision

To deliver an integrated, consistent and personalised institutional information environment incorporating effective seamless processes, intuitive interfaces and definitive, comprehensive data. This will empower and equip students to make effective choices over their journey at Warwick and to support their own development and progression.

Governance

The SPI Steering Group provides effective scrutiny of the programme and takes a strategic overview, ensuring that projects adhere to the objectives and vision of SPI. The Student Systems Group (SSG), reviews student system developments to ensure continued progression towards integration that provides students with an enhanced university experience. The My Warwick App Steering Group (MWAS) oversees student related development priorities for the App.
