There are also a number of existing projects which have been encompassed into the SPI Programme, including; the Timetable Improvement Programme, Universal Admissions, new Module Approval processes and Examination Board Grid pilot project. The vision of the Student Personalised Information Programme (SPI) is to deliver an integrated, consistent and personalised institutional information environment incorporating effective seamless processes, intuitive interfaces and definitive, comprehensive data. This will empower and equip students to make effective choices over their journey at Warwick and to support their own development and progression.

The SPI Steering Group provides effective scrutiny of the programme and takes a strategic overview, ensuring that projects adhere to the objectives and vision of SPI. The Student Systems Group (SSG), which reports to the Steering Group, oversees all small scale programme workstreams. The SSG reviews student system developments to ensure continued progression towards integration that provides students with an enhanced university experience.
