There are over 250 dedicated teaching rooms spread across Westwood, Gibbet Hill and Main Campus. There are a variety of teaching facilities across the University, some of which are centrally managed (CTTRs) and others which are managed by their respective departments (LTTRs). These vary from small seminar rooms to large lecture theatres, whilst others are designed to be 'flexible' teaching spaces.

Rooms under the control of Space Management are known as Centrally Timetabled Rooms. These are bookable rooms for teaching or other academic events. We have a variety of rooms available from large lecture theatres (such as R0.21) to small seminar rooms. Typically these rooms are furnished with AV equipment, whiteboards/blackboards, tables and chairs.

The ‘Refurb Group’, has oversight of the maintenance and refurbishment of the centrally timetabled teaching rooms across the University. It is comprised of colleagues from Space Management and Timetabling, AV Services, Warwick Conferences, Furniture and Equipment (Estates), Small Works (Estates) and Finance. The Group aims to meet every month throughout the academic year and addresses comments from staff and student in relation to the quality of CTTRs.

Some departments control their own teaching spaces. These are also bookable rooms, however you will need to contact departmental representatives in order to book them.
