On Thursday 2 March, the University key players in supporting student mental health are coming together to create a day where you can calm your monkey mind, de-stress, and find some time be active - since sport is proven to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Here are the ways you can get involved with Warwick Sport:
- Visit us at our stand in the and enjoy the relaxation station. A place for group massage as well as taking home some great tips on how to exercise whilst at your desk.
- Sign up for a smashing UV Volleyball event, from 5-6pm, 6-7pm or take part in (or watch) the Tournament from 7-9pm.
- Enjoy a free class in the IKEA Room in the Student Union Atrium.
