About Breeze (British Cycling)

Breeze is the largest cycling programme for women in the world. Breeze started in 2011 and has helped over a million women get into cycling, and we aim to influence over 2 million women to benefit from cycling by 2020. Bike Rides by qualified women cyclists for women. Breeze changes lives and reduces the gender gap in sport and active lifestyel by getting more women into cycling. Supporting a healthy way to travel, reducing congestion and carbon footprint. Great community, where no-one gets left behind and you get to improve cycling/road skills. We work in partnership with the local Sports Councils to make sure that the volunteers get the best support and guidance through the journey.
