Things to know
I haven’t used a gym before or haven’t used one for some time, will this course be okay for me?
Yes. The course is led by one our friendly and knowledgeable personal trainers who will talk you though the equipment and exercises
What should I wear?
Wear trainers and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You will likely become warm during the sessions so it may be advisable to wear a t-shirt or similar if you are comfortable to do so.
Can I use the changing and shower facilities at the Sports Centre?
The cost of the course does include access to those facilities. We don't provide towels or shower gel though so please bring everything you need.
All of our changing rooms have lockers, which only accept a £1 coin, so please bring a coin token or purchase one from reception.
I would like to take part but the dates/times don’t suit me.
