My passion for Health & Fitness started when I began kickboxing 17 years ago, as I wanted to be the fittest and best fighter for my weight/age. My goal was to compete and win titles in my weight category in Britain & worldwide. Today, I continue to train to maintain my fitness levels and generally because I love training/keeping fit. My strengths are weight-loss and weight management, toning, strength training and fitness improvement as I have previous experience from tried & tested methods along the years. My aim as an instructor is to help as many people as possible to achieve their goals.
Qualified Personal Trainer for over 10 years with vast amount of experience and knowledge to be able to keep you motivated throughout your journey. Undergraduate degree in Sport Therapy and currently providing Sports Massage services outside Warwick Gym.
Currently working full time in Warwick sports gym and with Coventry United Football Club as a Physio.
Ex-World and British kickboxing champion with excellent knowledge of teaching Kickboxing and Boxing to the general public.
