John is an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and qualified Personal Trainer with over 6 years' experience.
John has enjoyed working with clients at all levels, from those who are new to training at the gym to more experienced and professional athletes. He has also worked with a variety of university sport teams and national governing bodies in many different sports.
John uses his wide range of experience in addition to his strength and conditioning knowledge to work with his clients to develop an individualised plan to enable them to achieve their goals in an effective and enjoyable way.
