I plan and deliver enjoyable and friendly sessions for every individual to support achieving their fitness / lifestyle goals. I am particularly interested in the benefits of Body Core exercises and walking pattern correction programmes. I welcome all fitness level clients from beginner to athletes.
Being Japanese, I have Japanese food diet ideas and special weight control recipes to advise daily food intake to control their weight and confidence.
My fitness background comes from competing in county level Tennis. I started training at age 7 focused on completing junior tennis tournaments in Japan and the UK whilst at university.
I studied Sports science including Physical Education and Biomechanics at University. I also have experience of Kinesio taping for injury.
