Warwick University's Rugby League 1st team captain David "Doc" O'Connor has recently signed a semi-professional contract with League 1 team Coventry Bears.

Next season, for the first time ever, the volleyball BUCS competition will include two Premier leagues consisting of six teams each. After a long and difficult season, the men’s 1st team qualified for the southern division with an authoritative 3-0 victory over Bath University.
