• Leads on identifying opportunities, issues,
  and implementing key improvements to the wider student experience
• Directs the development of transitional support for students throughout the University
• Works in partnership with the Dean of Students, supporting the Education and Student Experience Strategy objectives for 'Confident, Healthy and Inclusive Student Communities'
• Shaping a future more coherent service for in-person/online student information, enquiries and support
• Oversees student voice initiatives driving change projects, including :
  • Student voice initiatives driving change projects
  • Development of the Student Engagement Toolkit
  • Together at Warwick programme (including Welcome Week)
  • International student support, notably visa advice and immigration compliance
• Founder and lead for the Professional Services Excellence Network
