Core Work:
- Leads on identifying opportunities, issues,
and implementing key improvements to the wider student experience - Directs the development of transitional support for students throughout the University
- Works in partnership with the Dean of Students, supporting the Education and Student Experience Strategy objectives for 'Confident, Healthy and Inclusive Student Communities'
- Shaping a future more coherent service for in-person/online student information, enquiries and support
- Oversees student voice initiatives driving change projects, including :
- Student voice initiatives driving change projects
- Development of the Student Engagement Toolkit
- Together at Warwick programme (including Welcome Week)
- International student support, notably visa advice and immigration compliance
- Founder and lead for the Professional Services Excellence Network
